Selling your site or online business can be a bit nerve-wracking no matter how experienced you may be.
What if you’re wasting your time and the site doesn’t sell at all?

Even if you end up with an offer, there are more obstacles before the deal is closed.
Buyers must perform due diligence and you end up wasting time with tire-kickers. They act interested but were never really going to buy the business.
Don’t forget about the work that needs to be done after the sale is agreed upon.
You have to walk the buyer through taking over the domain, transfer hosting, make sure all the content is working, and switch all the monetization on the site.

There is a catch though. Isn’t there always? First-time listers pay a $297 listing fee and repeat sellers pay $97. The fee is 100% refundable if we reject your website or can’t list your site for any reason, but having the fee allows us to focus on the serious sellers and take proper care during vetting.
Here’s why you’ll want to pay our fees. Depending on the list price, we take 8-15% after a successful sale, which is admittedly higher than some other options. You’ll want to pay it because you’ll still make more with us than if you had sold the website yourself. Our fees cover themselves. Here’s the breakdown:
  • 15% for businesses listed for up to $1M
  • 12% for businesses listed from $1M-2M
  • 10% for businesses listed from $2M-5M
  • 8% for businesses listed at $5M+

What is Required to List My Business?

Here are our current requirements for online businesses that need to be met before they can be accepted onto our marketplace.

  • An online business that makes $1,000 per month or more average in net profit (Exception being Adsense / Amazon Associates / Affiliate / Merch by Amazon businesses which can be accepted at $500 per month average net profit).
  • Google Analytics on the website for at least 3 months (Clicky is also acceptable).
  • Business must have a SOLID track record of at least 12 months of revenue/earnings (We will accept a record of 6 months for Adsense / Amazon Associates / Affiliate businesses.)
  • Adsense / Amazon Associates / Affiliate / Advertising sites must be on the same domain for the previous 12 months.
  • There must be no evidence of actively manipulating with penalizations, deleted accounts, 301 redirects short-term earnings etc. (If there are 2 instances or more, the website/business will immediately be rejected)
  • Service/Client businesses must derive over 50% of their income from multiple clients, can’t just be relying on a single customer.
  • PLEASE NOTE: The business cannot be related to pornography, gambling hacking, illegal substances, any form of criminal activity, any site promising cures through herbal remedies/other dubious claims, or anything that leans in the direction of these categories (which we will also determine during the vetting period).
  • In addition to above categories, any website with fake SEO, IG/Facebook/Twitter followers etc. will immediately be denied.
  • We may reject a business we deem as being unfit for our marketplace or if we don’t believe we have the buyer pool for the current business due to the structure or P&L.
